4th Battalion 12th Infantry Regiment | The 20th Anniversary of the Web Beacon

On 27 October 2005, twenty years ago today, I started this 4/12th Infantry web beacon. It's nice to have a big anniversary, although it also makes one pause to wonder where all the time has gone.

After a pretty good start, traffic here declined pretty rapidly in the late 2000s due to the rise of Facebook and similar social media sites. Nevertheless, 4/12 Inf veterans from all eras occasionally visit - thanks to you all for stopping by and leaving your details. 

So I'm keeping the site alive on Blogger.com.

Meanwhile, for those of you who post here, please be sure to include your email address as well. Otherwise there's no way for anyone to get in touch with you.
