Dec. 6, 1967 - Co. A, 4th Bn 12th Inf Combat Medic
Jan. 1, 1968 = Co. D, 4th Bn 12th Inf Senior Combat Medic
May 5, 1968 - Replaced by Harvey Lynn Colley,
May 6 - 1968 Returned to Co. D, 4th Bn 12th Inf, and replaced my replacement.
May 11, 1968 - Co. C, 7th Spt Bn Medic
Sept. 1968 - Departed Vietnam
