May 5, 1968 - Replaced by Harvey Lynn Colley,
May 6 - 1968 Returned to Co. D, 4th Bn 12th Inf, and replaced my replacement.
May 11, 1968 - Co. C, 7th Spt Bn Medic
Sept. 1968 - Departed Vietnam
